K9Nation Resume Example
Your K9Nation Resume may be in a template form, PDF, or a Web page. Whatever the form, include pictures of yourself in volunteer service, as well as your own pets, if you want. Your K9N Resume is an expression of your individuality, so just be yourself.

K9Nation’s Citizens play a significant role in succeeding in our mission and goals.  Therefore, Citizens are encouraged to keep track of their personal efforts in attaining that success as a means of introduction to other Citizens you meet and work with.  Because we cover the entire U.S.A. and more, a K9N resume serves to introduce you as well as your compassion and commitment to others throughout the organization.

A resume should list services and activities such as Patriot Corps (volunteer) team and committee participation, fliers distributed, Citizens signed up, event participation, videos made, and other work.  Of course, volunteer service on behalf of helping animals in the past can be included, too. Do not include your address or telephone number, but do include an e-mail contact, and Facebook or other social community contact data you may want to provide.

Creating awareness and eliciting support through online communities can greatly impact K9Nation; please record your efforts in starting, managing, and contributing to groups and forums on social networking and other sites.

A K9N resume should not include monies donated because a resume represents Citizen’s personal contribution in terms of effort. Certainly financial donations are vital and essential for K9Nation’s success, and these are recorded within the organization, but because some are able to give more than others, money should not come to bear in evaluating one’s overall commitment. But, however, if you are responsible for raising money for K9N, of course your fundraiser and the amount donated should certainly be included.

A resume can be made in a simple basic form such as templates found of MS Word or other sources, or it can be a Web page or any other format created with imagination and creativity. Either way, please include pictures of yourself in action.  Pictures, and videos, too, can help your K9Nation and your local Kommunity to recognize your work. We strongly believe in recognizing those who take the lead and give of themselves in helping our best friends.
